Most of the ingredients in Luigi's products are cut, cooked or enhanced in store.
For example, Luigi's chicken is real chicken breast seasoned and cooked in store. Ham comes selected from a small goods factory.
Luigi's has no interest in reconstituted products or meats that have been extended with low-cost ingredients and flavour enhancing chemicals.

Luigi's Pizza and other products are filled with good fresh food that when eaten in a balance way are excellent for one's diet. In fact two of Luigi's family have lost 28 kg and 35 kg respectively on a Luigi's diet.
